XOFFICERS was built around a different model. Peer Register
Every XOFFICERS principal has operated at C-suite level. They arrive with the experience to recognise what is actually happening, the standing to say it directly, and the operational credibility to be heard. The conversation is peer to peer. That changes what becomes possible in the room.

The Origin
XOFFICERS was founded in 2026 by David Hewish, who co-founded Leaders on Demand in 2018.
After eight years building and deploying the model across complex turnarounds, distressed businesses, and leadership transitions, David established XOFFICERS to focus on the work that determines whether everything else holds: the diagnostic intelligence that surfaces what a leadership team is actually dealing with, and the operating discipline that gets a known priority moving and keeps it moving.

How An Engagement Begins
A conversation. We listen to what is happening and ask the questions that help us understand whether we are the right response. If we are, we agree the entry point and move quickly. If we are not, we say so. There is no value in starting work that is not the right work.
