The founding conviction behind XOFFICERS: that leadership teams fail in one of three ways — lost, working from different maps of reality; stuck, aligned on the priority but unable to move it; or stretched, too thinly spread to execute at the pace the situation demands. Each is solvable. None requires a permanent appointment.
